AOvl thur the Device Manager, the upddrv2k.exe is for Win2000 there was no upddrv9x.exe. You better not have Win9x LW3 install they do not work with each other:(.

Have you try add in both you Router & ISP DNS address ? the router should be 192.168.0.1, It not a good idea have both NetBEUI and IPX/SPX install Just use IPX/SPX and then you need type in host name of the other pc. WMA8 encodec is not that good with Video it ok with Audio but like I said it is limited support across other OS. It has nothing to do with the government. MS is trying dominates everthing this had been know for yrs. Where I hear this before "This is not bad, its good.
