check your modem speed lower it to 57,600 or change it to a standerd modem type sometime this work to. I had to do that same with my SCSI Card "aka Symbios Logic" what a crap card it turn to be even build in Win2K drivers. Yup those Realtek RTL8029 do work good I have 4 them. You may as well for forget about SBPCI64 for now being the drivers s**k any way for now.

No Seldzar there is no unofficial D3D drivers just Glide, miniOpenGL, ICD OpenGL for both V1 & V2. That rigth Wuff it is 3dfx at less some of is. The rest of it is has do with MS went the drivers run like D2 Display. And another problem is Glide API. Unofficial 3dfx said no it can't be done that way well I have to agree with this after all this add on card not a 2D+3D like a Voodoo3 or TnT or what ever. So agine 3dfx will have go a round MS back to make thing work. Have you Boy's ever wonder why Voodoo1 & Voodoo2 have not made in to Windows95/98 other then DX runtime only Voodoo1 did but not Voodoo2 Hmmm sound that fisheeeee. 1: Seldzar a video card only need I/O address & Memory address, ATI have build there video card this for yrs. In same case Yes a Video card dose need IRQ Address but if that Hardware set & not a PnP. 2: At bios boot up Oh forget to say all other video don't get assigned IRQ as well i740, TnT, Banshee, ATI, Voodoo3, S3, Tirdent you name it.

Don't worry about Voodoo3 having no IRQ. I ever one esle has this problem to. What do you mean by not working properly ?.

That would be Creative Labs not Microsoft. Microsoft dosen't make the drivers. Microsoft job is to make sure the device drivers are compatible with the OS nothing more.

I did in fact it useing 5 to 8 meg less system memory & Win2K now can conn to Win95/98 with out the 30sec hang. But age old modem problem is still there need to say I had to set my modem back to latched interrupts "aka hard mode", PnP mode bomb out on me.
