Well come found out I did in fact I copy the wrong voodoo3.sys, voodoo3.dll bairn dead me Hehe I load 2099 drivers two time ops. All so the Text problem that where in "I Got Ball's" are now gone you could see it the map "chase" win startup chase all brown floor both Builder 2099 & 2114 did this, so I take it that they fix DX7 in that builder 2128 & was not a drivers after all. Thoes with IE5 rigth click on the link and "Save Target as".

Is the lucent modem PCI ? if so then is Softmodem & it has no hardware compression like real modem dose. In Windows98 you can get away with a lot more then in Windows2000.

No MS is not phasing out D3D will still be there. MS does not write drivers. The IHV's write them. My guest is that didn't pass DX7 compatible test agine.
