    RW is made for use with DirectSound. NT does not support Directsound. So you can only use the software (default) mode, and have sound i RW - or the game.

    Try anything but G200. NT is OpenGL dependant, G200 havn't got what it takes in OpenGL.

    Use a card made for SMP. The cards from 3DLabs (Oxygen VX1 etc) are "Optimized for multiple processors".
