For anybody that's having problems running Diablo2 under win2k in D3D, try changing the PCI memory texture size in the display properties/advanced/riva TNT2/additional properties/direct3d/more direct3d to 64. Did the trick for me. I'm running TNT2 Ultra 32MB AGP and Nvidia TNT2 3.20 drivers btw.. Cheers...

Anybody encounter any probs running this program w/ smp? For some reason, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.

Damn..so it does work properly for you guys? Sometimes it won't show usage on both CPU and just stalls (when it's working properly, it shows a 100% usage on both CPu's). No one else encounter this problem? BTW: I'm running Epox KP6-BS w/ C366 o/c'ed to 550mhz, Win2k 2195, Asus 3800U TNT2 Ultra 32megs, Nvidia 5.14 beta drivers...

Try setting the MPS in the bios from 1.4 to 1.1. That did the trick for me. BM
