I have found that many Q3 problems are related to multiple IP's. I think the 1.07 patch fixed this problem and many others. I'm running Q3 on w2k, p2-266, 196 megs ram, V2 8 meg. Q3 really screams at around 40 - 50 fps. Note: w2k does not show the V2 drivers are installed, but all the games find the drivers and run great.
