Can't you just boot from cdrom? NT4 Cd is bootable. If you press [ESC] during POST it will bring you a Boot Menu asking you to choose where to boot From (Cd,Floppy,Hard Disk). There you can choose to boot from cd-rom. Some Hp OB models (don't remember that one)you have to plug the FDD to the printer port when using both drives. If you look in the FDD right side there's a plug disguised, that you have to pull. Hope that helps.

I think it is the liveware creap. i think its that devldr32.dll or something. When windows start call task manager and see if you find something like devldr32.dll is not responding. Are you sure is Stealth s520? Plz identify the graphic chip, cos it's probably a legacy card, and you should use reference drivers.
