I've got it working, but with the loss of my game port. Anyone know how to get the Game Port to work? It is in the dvice manager, but no joystick plugged in it 'seen'. I'm not sure how I got the 4 speakers to work properly, but all I now know, is that I get sound effects from behind me in my DVDs. One thing I do remember, is creating a custom environment with only 'Origional Sound' in it. Now, all I need to know is how to get my joystick installed!?!?! It's not very nice playing games with the keyboard. Brendan -------update------ I just succeded in getting my joystick to work! I tried removing the joystick, then the Game Port for SB Live!, restarting letting it add the game port and then added the joystick. Everythig is now great! Hi, I have my Hauppauge WinTV-pci working great in Win2k. Had problems with the beta drivers on hauppauge.com till Ii found out they were NTSC. Find links to the other drivers on this site, in the hardware compatibility section. Brendan

Hi, I got Liveware 3 installed correctly, but as with you, I have those strange hardware, sam things. Also, it acts as if there is an echo. No matter what I do, every sound echos. Click on something in IE5 and I get a double click real close together. Also, it seems to act as if ther eis only one speaker, and outputs evenly to each of the 4 speakers! Brendan

Hi, Just got my copy of RC3 and have installed it. The driver installed is 3.27. In other posts I have seen here, the TNT driver doesn't seem to be installed by default. I have the 3.53 drivers from chameleon's server. Is there any special way to install these, or just update the driver? Also, I'm wondering if the DirectX 7 final program on chameleon's site should be used. Thanks, Brendan

Hi, I have just installed Win 2000 RC1 onto a computer with a 3 Com Winmodem (came in a gateway) and a Creative TNT card. I got the TNT working great with the NT4 drivers, but am looking for something with D3D support. I tried the nvidia 353 and 356 drivers, but they crash the system. Anyone got ideas? The modem: Detected and it works, well untill the point when it comes to dialling. It starts dialling the number, then it cancels saying that the other computer didn't reply. I think this is just a simple timeout, but can't find a place to change it. Thanks, Brendan

Hi, I have Windows NT5 Beta 2, which I am told comes with DirectX6/hardware acelleration. Unfortunatly Flight Sim98 complains about the system being NT, with no hardware acelleration available. I don't have Win2K as I figure why waste money when it'll be out in a few months. Anyone know what to do? Thanks, Brendan ------------------ www.bkehoe.com

Hi, I too found, and got my NT4 DX5 from that site, as well as the FAT32 thing. Turned out that it is a bit of *****. Its a full product which gived NT full/native support for FAT32 drives, only thing is is that it is ***** (I discovered this when I looked up the company page). The word which censor blocked out means copied commercial software. Brendan ------------------ www.bkehoe.com [This message has been edited by bkehoe (edited August 19, 1999).]
