to adjust the ps2rate in nt try this ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/bluesnews/misc/Ps2rateNT.zip and set the rate for 200 or if you want a registry tweak then try this http://www.regedit.com/cgi-bin/detail?id=81 hope that helps...
