same here buddy, I have the 103s the 6xdvd and it doesnt work. I havent had one aspi layer to work i dont know what those people are doing but someone should write one.

I have been a tnt user and just upgraded to a v3 3k becasu ei prefered the higher 2d quality of the V3 cards. Anyway I want ot know how do i get it to work in win2k rc2...

Are there any problems with multiprocessor systems i recall hearing something sometime back but dont remeber...

The only games i play are q3 Ut and AOE2 the list says that the drivers are good for those games im just curious if there is anything to know before hand. Also does redhat 6 support voodoo3.

I have nero and cdrwin and I cant get neither to work, Even though this site says they both work, getting the aspi drivers to install if you dont have an adaptec card is impossible. If anyone can help please do so. If anyone can email me the files in the asps32.exe in a zip file i would appreciate it, or tell me where to get em.

I have tried that one it does not work. I have a mylex scsi card, that might be the reason why its not working wiht those aspi drivers

do you have a bp6 because i have done htat but its still a no go.

it is an intel specification for dual processors if you go to intels site theyll tell you the difference. It has something to do with the pci bus. Some new features that 1.4 supports that 1.1 doesnt..

Finally someone answered what I wanted to hear. Everyone is posting oh i have usb working, I ask what is you mps setting on, oh usb works, why are you asking something dumb like that, my usb works. anyway I new it was mps 1.4. Do you think a bios update would fix that?

I have a tnt and i get better performance in win2k than in win98. I use the asus drivers. To bad there is no key in the registry to oc the card. I refuse to use powerstrip... But it works use the asus drivers everyone. Quake 3 and smp only work in winnt4 not in win2k Id software said it themselves. More work needs to be done..

Is that os anybetter than win98 and do win98 drivers work on it?

I have a herc tnt and I dont know how to overclock it in win2k I looked through the registry for the key but couldnt find it. I also dont want to use powerstrip, I dont seem to like that proggie. I use the asus drivers as of now, win2k 2072

I have dual celerons and i have seen usb work with mps set to 1 but I will try setting the pnp os to no. RC1 Bp6 with dual cely 550 256 megs ram win2k prof.

Q3 works great in win2k, I cant even stand to play it in win98. I also have the same probs in midtown madness..

there are official highpt66 drivers. just go over to betanews.com and serch for em.. Tehy work great. I dont suggest using a beta bios though. Im stay wary of those, but the drivers work well..

i ahve dual 550's with a bp6 works great. No probs witha anything except usb when mps is set to 1.4. works fine at 1.1 though

there is a fix for the joystick you have to screw around with an inf file. I suggest you go to betanews.com and search for the article. Its fairly easy... i want all 4 of my speakers to work I think we should mail bomb creative asking them to please make liveware for win2k...

try setting mps to 1.1 and I bet you anything it will work. The only problem is i think mps 1.4 is better than 1.1. At least thats what the intel site says. All you guys that ahve it working from the start probably have mps set to 1.1 .if anyone has it working with mps set to 1.4 then were not worthy. But please lemme know how you did it..

What services do you need ot have on to see other computers because i get an error that there are no servers on when i go into the workgroup. I have a 4 comp, lan. I also get the same error, because the other comp can see me but they cant get in because of the password.
