Rogue Spear and RC 2 Voodoo 2000 PCI

The reason RS will not start is because it needs to read an options file that is created the fist time you run the game. RS also has a problem with writing to the Registry in 2000 so what i would suggest you do is boot into win98 and get the game set up completely, e.g. vid settings, controls etc. Then you can boot back into 2000 and run the game. I did this on both of my machines and it runs great.

This guy seems to have D3D TNT2 RC2 working

I am running Win2krc2 and D3D works on my Viper V770u. Someone on this board posted some drivers not too long ago and they work great. The only down side to them is that DirectDraw is disabled. I also beleive that nVidia has stated that win2k drivers should be coming out in the next month.

    Darkstone under WIn2k RC2

I recently installed win2k and this being my first time on an NT platform i have many questions. One of my biggest problems upto this point has been getting certain games to run. The one i am most concerned in rinning is Darkstone. On the NT Game Place page it says that darkstone works but everytime i try to run it, it say that i do not have a 3d accelerator card install, which of course i do. So my question is could this be a video card driver? Right now i am using the default Win2k TnT2 driver that Win2k installed. I have also tried nVidia's and Aopen's drivers also to no avail. If anyone has any suggestions plz help me out.
