I'm using a Sidewinder 3D Pro with NT4 SP4. I installed it running SP3 and did the update to SP4 later on. Absolutely no problems on installation or usage of this joystick. All buttons work correctly, even throttle control works fine. As far as I know there is a small switch on the front of the joystick base, maybe you have switched on the wrong mode there. My configuration is: AMD K6-III 400 (running at 66Mhz on an older motherboard- still I don't think 100Mhz bus speed could be the reason for your problems) 160MB Ram Soundblaster 16PnP Voodoo Banshee PCI best regards obelix

Im running Monaco Racing Simulation (Ubisoft) on my PC. It works fine with NT4, using a Voodoo Banshee Board and Glide 2.6, Glide 3.1 The only problem is my joystick. It works, but it would be much more fun to use a steerring wheel. Has anyone found a steering wheel that works under NT4? thanks in advance obelix

Does anyone know if and how it could be done to use a steering wheel under NT4? Does not matter which wheel it would be. I just would like to buy one to play F1 Racing Simulation or RS2. Both games run fine under NT4 (Voodoo), but with the joystick it is a little bit boring.

I'm currently running Racing Simulation 2 under NT4. It works fine, but to use a joystick is a little bit anoying. Does anyone know if, and how, it's possible to use a steering wheel? (Does not matter which one) I tried Saitek R4 already, but it was impossible to calibrate it. My configuration is NT4 SP4 with DX3, SB16PnP, Voodoo Banshee with newest Glide drivers and the latest patch from Ubisoft.
