It works now, apperently there was some "leftover" from scanwise 1.0, with ScanWise 1.20, I had no problem. Kenneth

I can see that the 1212u is working if you manual shows the installation (added under New Hardware on NT Compatibles homepage), where the files is, but I get no such option, and when I try to run ScanWise it say "Please connect or switch on your scanner" ?? Any suggestion Kenneth ------------------
