I use sygate on an NT4/sp5 puter and get about a 2ms delay, not slow if you ask me. SHS is right, set the sygate pc to 192.168.0.1 gateway/ip and give the other systems seperate 192.168.0.x ip's. I've had problems (no transfer) using 192.168.0.1 for dns with win2k, put in the dns #'s from my isp and all is well.

No Logitech mouseware is yet compatible with windows 2000.

I've been in Liveware III windows 2000 country for awhile now, and yes the instructions at chameleons site should work as should SHS's fix at this site. Do being the operative word in my experience. You will get the 4 speakers and devices and creative software, only you lose acpi power, so if you use standby or hibernation you won't anymore. I don't mind the WDM driver now with 2195 soo I am going to wait for Liveware for windows 2000 or liveware XXI, whichever comes first of course.

Has anybody managed to try them out?? Anyone know if AGP support is finaly enabled? Oh wait, if no one knows what os their for and they are not for win2k then my post does'nt make alot of sence. Funny how that is.

Windows 2195.3 / Firstmouse + - listed as PS/2 Compatible Mouse. Scroll works fine on the active window. You say the logitech drivers work, does that mean that Mouseware will run on windows 2000 now? Llllllet's hope it shall some day....

If you've installed it 10 times and are not yet satisfied, maybe just maybe it is'nt for you?? Try the sblive fix, it works, try those "hacked beta drivers" for your video card. I Can't complain about windows 2000, if it never expired there'd be no real reason to buy it. Have Fun!!!

The 3.64 drivers are running nicely. Hav'nt been running long but one thing I have noticed is the 3dicons quirk in the Q3 demo seems to be solved. I digress, the quirk lives on afterall back to the 3.55 I gooo. [This message has been edited by Jerry - (edited 01 December 1999).]

Only because the aliens got him too.

I got the 3.55 drivers here: www.riva3d.com/files/Win2K355.zip and installed Rc3 and hav'nt had a blue screen while changing resolution or lockups while playing since. I'm not sure if their modified or not but they are more stable than the regular 3.55s. I remember hastily **** canning the 3.56 drivers when I was using Rc2 because when I could actualy get something running it would crash soon after. Does'nt proove much but it's food for thought. Gonna try the 3.64 and see what happens.

does anyone know how to get back into win2000 after a blue s

What i do when i get NT4 jacked up like that is boot into win98 and delete the file that the colorful screen says is making the blue. I boot into NT4 when that happens to remedy Win2k. But then again i have them on primaries and use ntfs and need bootmagic to see the partitions. In short find some way to delete the file(s) in question. -
Thanks, does this only work for Build 2151?
