    bad graphics under nt

    I have probles playing full-screen games under NT 4.0. Picture gets "flickering", although refresh rate is high enough, it is just like screen is interlaced mode, when every second line is black. I've encountered this in Civ: call to power and Caesar 3. I have ATI Xpert98 card.
