I have the same problem with it not loading anything. Even after 3 min I ctrl-alt-del it and doesn't even show up as running. Oh well guess i'll wait for the real thing and a fresh reinstall of everything.

Looking for new scanner and has to work with Win2000 as I don't want to go thru my Logitech and Win98 problem again.

Thanks for all the help. I have checked the HCL, but I like to hear what others have. Not all that is on the HCL is 100% problem free. So thanks again for the advice.
