That opengl32.dll file is the TurboGL installed by win98's 5.41 PowerDesk.
Also, don't exit the game after you've played in non-fullscreen mode (windowed), then the BSOD comes for you
I haven't tested so much (hate bsods), but killing the app in task manager could prevent the blue screen.
edit: tested some more, and I got a BSOD with task killing too. However, now bsod stand for Black Screen Of Death. It actually killed the display, giving me an "Attention, no signal" message shortly followed by the "Power Save" message on my monitor.
