    Refresh Rates in Windows 2000

Anyone know how to get higher than 120hz refresh rate in Windows 2000? I have a Riva TNT 2 Ultra. My monitor supports up to 160 hz but in any resolution the most I can get is 120 hz. Really annoying. Also, whenever I start up a game that runs in a different mode, the damn thing resets to 60hz. Powerstrip is the best thing I've found so far...but it doesn't work right all the time. Anyone have any ideas? Maybe a registry key?

    Refresh Rates in Windows 2000

Not so much a preference of an obscenely high refresh rate. I just want the thing to quit reverting back to 60hz if I load up an app in a different video mode. Thanks, I'll try Hertz Tool. Oh, I did try a Win9x monitor def file and it randomly causes errors when working with the desk.cpl file.

It might help if someone who's done it would post a REAL help file on how to do it.

    Build 2195 and SB Live(lw3)

I have the Liveware 3 CD. How do I install the drivers? I can't find the files that the 'how to' document says I need.

    Problem with 2195 - Quake 3 - and TNT2 Ultra

This is an odd problem. While I'm playing Quake 3 the display will just hang up on any given frame. A few seconds later the screen will finally update itself and I can see where I'm at again. Anyone experiencing this? Anyone know a fix? I've tried Nvidia drivers 353 and 365, both with the same effect.

Thanks man. That seems to have fixed it. And about the name....watch "The Great Outdoors" Guess I'm not the only mental case.
