check for a firmware update in teac's website. it's a known issue

audiocatalyst 2.1 (which is Audiograbber 2.0 + Xing mp3 encoder 1.5) works fine for me. -->install first latest ASPI (4.60)

plz help with this one: OK, after installing latest patch 3.01 from adaptec and rebooted, win2k soon after loaded directcd.exe process they reboot. BUT if i quickly manage to end that process from task manger and the run DirectCd.exe from the program group it seems OK!!!! Now i'm formatting a cd-rw. So anyone with an idea on how to automatic stop this task from executing on startup?

traced the problem! it was a conflict with mcafee viruscan 4.5 RC1. i uninstalled mcafee and dcd 3.01 (not so) fine; you see it always gives me this "unrecoverable write error-remove critical data from disk"... Anyone with a proposal on this issue?

i was looking forward to this patch so i can (after 3-4 months) use again Direct CD (all th hacked fixes gave nothing but a blue screen/reboot). So I re-formatted my drive--> clean installed EZCD 4 Deluxe-->update 4.02-->installed the long-awaited direc cd 3.01 english patch from adaptec.com which is "windows 2000 compatible" and GUESS WHAT??? BSOD/reboot... win2k compatible my a$$

probably i'm missing something but here is the situation: After installing nvidia 3.81 the links in a page with ie5 are not underlined. e.g. the search links in Yahoo.com are not underlined like before!

nope, it was probably something i was missing but now links are ok..(i think i had to go in folder options and check underline links)

The BIG problem is that i don't know japanese so i don't know how to install the patch (I can't even install Direct Cd 3.00 included in EZCDcreator 4.00 deluxe). So, please help by posting here how you did it!
