Tried installing any and all of the 3com and US Robotics 56 modems, also tried Installing any and all of the Standard 56k modems and changing COM ports. Also, he recieved a BSOD Stop Error upon booting up after installing a Parallel Port ZIP Drive (100). Any Suggestions?

All of us were newbies at one time, just think, after the 17th it will get worse. All you have to do it make links on the front page for the topics that were posted the most, for example...TNT DRIVERS AND PROBLEMS.... Just make that a hyperlink....

Beggers can't be choosers. Don't put down an unreleased OS, give it a chance! Except for Windows ME....put that down all you want! It deserves it.

I think the best answer to give the newbies will be: "Please use the SEARCH feature, that topic was addressed a month ago. Thank you."

My Friend's problems that I can't solve under Win2K
EddiE314 replied to EddiE314's topic in Hardware
I fixed the BSOD for him, but Win2k still won't let the modem work, oh well, its not my machine. -
All of this is true, the sad part about people wanting to switch for Win9x to Win2k is the price tag. Its really a shame that people are going to be pretty much forced into buying Windows Millennium in May just because the don't have the budget for Win2k, Microsoft really should drop the price a bit.

why don't you just use IE5's feature to remember passwords? Thats what i use for this site.
