Hi, I have Internet Connection sharing enabled in windows 2000. The internet works perfectly on other computers. But I am not able to use MSN Messenger Talk or Netmeeting, or Phone Dialer. How to make them work. It is because I only have 1 IP and look for the app on server computer. How to configure Applications or Services in ICS to make them work. Please reply back soon ARC

That file ACT.exe is the Application Compatibility Tookit. You can make programs and games think that they are working on 95/98 and they will work on 2000. There is an updated ACT.EXE with the beta of XP. Please post it for download. ARC

Please, If you can, post the Compatibility Update. ACT.EXE. It is supposed to be in the XP beta CD. I do not think, it would be an illegal action, since Microsoft is going to post the updated ACT.EXE after a month or so. Thanks. ARC

Nothing much. Except, I am seeing 5 threads for the same game and the feeback is scattered around. It would be nice if you people could just make one thread for a single game and post everything in it. ARC

Use your win98 cdrom to boot. Then you are in dos. Use your dos cd or win98 has quite a lot of dos commands ARC

I have two computer with ICS enabled on Win2k Pro(1st computer). Everything works fine on both computer. But MSN or Netmeeting doesn't work well on the client computer. Internet works but when somebody calls on netmeeting or msn messnger, it doens't work. I had an idea that the setting of ICS has something to do with this. But I dont know the ports and stuff on which these programs run. If anyone know how to fix this problem, please do help me. ARC
