Hi, I was trying to install drivers for my video card. It loads the file and show the progress and stuff, then at the end win2k gives me the erorr "SYSTEM CANNOT FIND THE FILE SPECIFIED" I tried to install drivers for other devices and the same thing is happening. Well, In a week or so, we are expecting a new Application Compatiblity Toolkit from Microsoft. Hopefully, there would some fix for Tiger Woods. In any case, it will work in the final version of Whistler(that is for sure). ARC

I have made some further tests and came to the conclusion that everything works fine in AGP 2X mode. But when I switch to 4X, the direct 3d test using Hardware Accel. doesnt work in DXDIAG. The AGP Texturing test works perfectly in both modes. I also tried the 6.49 drivers but nothing works. Please help. ARC

Hi Guys, I installed fifa around a month ago. I want to update it but there i didn't installed the ea updater @ the time i installed fifa. Now when I installed the ea updater, it doesn't give a shorcut in Start menu for up[censored] fifa. If somebody can give me the shortcut, it would be really nice ARC

I have an Asus V7100. There are no stability problems at all. Regarding the TV out. The clone mode works perfectly but there are some issues with the horizontal and vertical span, but they are sure to be fixed in some service pack of Windows 2000. ARC

Hi, You should get the Geforce MX. It is simply great. The 3D performance is excellent, though compared to a GTS, it is 500-700 3D MARKS points low. The quality of the TV out is excellent, very smooth and well accelerated. Best price, Best performance. ARC

Yes that all I had to say but just another idea! Try some other game, that normally wouldn't work well with win2k like fifa 2000. Run that with QfixApps. Now if that one doesnt work, then there is a problem in your Application Compatibility Toolkit. Try reinstalling from. http://msdn.microsoft.com/compatibility. That all! ARC

Well, The QfixApps, should work. Just check "Win95VersionLie.dll" and it should work. I dont believe it doesn't work because I have tried it on 3 different machines with cards, Voodoo Banhsee, ATI All in Wonder, and my card Asus Geforce MX. So, try that again and make sure you have all other compatibility updates including SP1. ARC

Hi, I am using Internet Explorer 5. I uninstalled some program that ***ociated jpeg and image files to it. Then when I uninstalled it, it messed it all up and my images dont open in Internet Explorer. I can make file type but the problem is, it doesnt show thumbnails or previews. What can I do? Is there a way to repair Internet Explorer to ***ociate file types with it? ARC

I dont see it in Add/Remove Programs I Think it is integrated part of windows 2000 and it cannot be removed. ARC
