How to run repair on Internet Explorer.

Hi, I am having a problem. Windows 2000 doesn't save my settings somehow. In the effect Tab (Display Properties), there is an option, "HIDE KEYBOARD NAVIGATION INDICATORS..." When I check it and apply, windows removes keyboard indicators. However, if I restart or log on again, it gets unchecked again. This is frustating. Please help! ARC

Hi Guys, I need a graphic converting files that can convert a wmf to jpg. I want to convert a whole cd of wmf to jpg. So I want a file that can be run as a batch file. Is there any site where i can find it. ARC

I dont want a big program I just need an exe file that can do all this. ARC

I am talking about fifa 2k, must have compatiblitiy udpates. I have service pack 1 too. If you are having problems with fifa2k1, use the same Qfix procedure. Both works using QfixApps. ARC

Install Compatibility Toolkit from Microsoft. http://msdn.microsoft.com/compatibility/ Then open QfixApps, browse to your fifa exe and choose "Win95versionLie.dll". Click run. It will work perfectly. ARC

In QfixApps, you just need to check on Win95VerLie.dll and Run. Works perfectly ARC

Well Superbike doesnt' work in whistler too. Fifa works in both perfectly fine. to run fifa in win2k use Application Compatibility Toolkit from Microsoft. ARC

Hi, I have an old computer Intel Pentium 200 MMX with a i430TX motherboard. I dont know the manufacturer. Tried to look inside but no go. The bios is American Megatrends. The problem is: When I use both simm and dimm slots of the moterboard windows 2000 crashes on bootup and gives me the erorr "ntdll.dll corrupted" The system shows 64RAM on Startup (32 simm and 32 dimm) When I use each alone, they work perfectly fine. So I was thinking maybe it needeed a biso upgrade. I also tried reinstalling windows. but i can't install it again. It gives me the error "PROCESS_INTIIALIZATION_FAILED" In the DOS part of the setup. Please Help! ARC

Yes you can do that. You have to make the NTSC TV as the primary display from Display Properites. That all there is to it. Goodluck ARC

Hi Peejay, I am not talking about Apcompat.exe. That one is for a very few number of apps. Wont runs games. Follow the link and download. Install it. http://msdn.microsoft.com/compatibility/ Then go in Start Menu. Run QFixApps. Browse to the game you want to run. Then in the lower box, choose "Win95verLie" Click Run. Secondly, if you want to run it again and again, you dont have to do all this again. simply click advanced then click "create attribe file...".Make sure Browse has the file you need and "Win95VerLie" is selected. When it tells you the file is created. Go to C:\Winnt\AppPatch\ and run the reg file of the game. That is it! You can run the game from anywhere. Write in the form if you have any questions.

Peejay, Use Compatibility Toolkit. I mentioned that above. Or there was a file mentioned somewhere in here that fixed that. It is better to use compatibility tookit. It will run every single game except a few ones. ARC

Use Application Compatibility Toolkit to find they problem. It will run your game perfectly. If it runs it well then those games aren't compatible with win2k yet. ARC

Get this Asus A7V (better than KT7-Raid in 3d Graphics) Thunderbird 1 Ghz. Geforce 2 SB Live!

Use QfixApp. No problems. It is Win95 Emulation mode. That is the best way of running. ARC
