Hi Guys After quite a lot of research I have found that twinview is broken in 23.11 and I back with 21.83 drivers. When you apply clone mode. sometimes, it wont apply it and sometimes, if you apply it, it will change the resolution of your monitor and display on tv is in 8bits.. In 21.83, it works perfectly. Anybody know what happened. ARC

Hi Guys, I have been noticing a problem with the xp driver on windows xp. I have twinview system on asus v7100(geforce mx 2). Now when I enabled the twinview system, it enables it, but if i restart everything gets messed. Now if i go to display properties, the twinview tab is gone and instead window recognizes the tv as a monitor as used it multimonitor support drama. Somehow it is conflicting with the twinview. Now, this multimonitor stuff wont let me do get display on tv properly and i can't access twinview features. Moreover, my device manger shows three instance of Default monitor and deleting them doesn't help since on restart they are back ONLINE! Whats wrong? Is there a way to get rid of the built in multimonitor support so that twinview can work separately? Thanks A.R. Choudhry

Hi Guys I have the Default Administrator account. Last day I just created a new account name 'Chicco'. For some reason this account was also an Administrative account. I couldn't get it to be limited. Anyways I made that account and now when I wanted to delete it, I can't. I am logged in as Administrator and still can't get to delete it. There is no option in User Account Applet to delete the account. Though I was able to delete the C:\Document&Setting...\Chicco folder. Now how can I remove it from the User Account Applet and Startup Screen. Very annoying. ARC

Hi Guys I noticed one thing in Windows Messenger the shorcut to inivite other person to netmeeting is not available, any ideas to get it back. That was very handy, instead of getting ip and stuff. I have seen Messenger 4.5, but same thing applies to it. No shortcut to netmeeting. Any ideas? ARC

Well, I had been using Windows 2000 since Dec 99 - Aug 01 without reinstallation of any problem of any kind. Pure Stalbility + performance. It was using the Admin account and at no point did it give me any trouble. I can explain how happy I was to get rid of Windows 98 and loved what Microsoft produced, an Excellent OS. Now I hope my XPerience continues the same. Never Seen an account get corrupt. ARC

Guys, what is the use of using a personal account? I mean, I used an automated installation and the only account i use is 'administrator'. it works perfectly. nothing wrong I did not have to make any garbage accounts. ARC

Well, I do not understand, why anyone would want to make a garbage account, other than the admin account. As for the password thing, you can save password for network, or you could have the same password all across the network, or romaing profiles etc... ARC

Hi Guys, I have very annoying problem in Windows XP with IE The main IE windows open up maximized as I have set the shorctu properties to maximize. Now, when I right click a link to open in new window, the new windows opens up small. How can it open it maximized? ARC

Well, I good way of getting rid of the XP Personalization and not letting u use an admin account, is to install it unattendedly. After install you username is Administartor and no garbage accounts are made. This is the best way. I never liked personalization of accounts. ARC

Hi Alec, I think I wasn't able to explain, what I wanted. Ok I want all these stuff, Titlebar,menubar, standard button,addressbar. By Maximized I mean, all these features in max screen, non dragablle /resizable. Like normal max. Now, My main IE windows opens max like that. But when I right click a link and tell it to open in new window. The window opens but only takes about 2/3 space of a max window. It has everything toolbar and buttons that a standard max window has. The only thing, I wanted is that this child window opens maximized, rather than 2/3 of the max window. ARC

Hi Guys, I have to work in java. Writing .java files and codes and classess... I have always been usign the JDK1.x from Sun Java. I have been working C using Micorosoft Visual C++, which has a very nice interface and easier to use. I came across Visual J++ by Microsoft. Can I work with Visual J++ for my java files. It would be the same as compiling in JDK. Basically I want to know if J++ is for java and I can work on it to make my java program. Thanks ARC

Well when i ran that -k command, full screen of ie opened with Page not found error. There was no ok or other stuff.. Pressed Alt+F4. (Back to desktop) nothing changed.. ARC

Hi Guys, I am looking for a single-file commandline SSH Client for Windows 2000/XP, just like telnet that is built into Windows. My University Servers changed to SSH from telnet. I found a client called putty, but it is like graphical and you have to open it and then type in the servername and then connect. What I am looking for is to type in Run: SSH <servername> Thats all! Hi Guys, It is very strange. I figured it out though. You cannot change the refresh rate after installation of drivers. What you have to do extract the .exe using winzip to a folder. Open nv4xxx.inf Go to NVxxx for your card. Delete the refresh rate you do not want, for example. '640 480 60 70 75 85 100 0' = '640 480 85 100 0' if you want a refresh rate of 85. After editing the file save it. and then manually install it using Device Manager. ARC

Hi Guys, I am using Detonator 4 official. I have set my refresh from registry to 85 for my NV11. Every games works fine @ 85, but 3D Mark 2k1 doesn't work. It switches the refresh rate back to 60. Any ideas? I have also overrided the directdraw refresh rate in dxdiag. ARC

I already edited the registry. My games works perfectly @ 85. Only 3D mark is cauisng the problem. ARC
