Help! I have a UMAX Astra 2200 scanner and it doesn't seem to want to work under W2K. It doesn't install at ALL as a USB scanner. But here's the weird part . . . When I install as SCSI, it finds it, reports it as an Astra 2200, and VistaScan and everything install just fine. It can find the scanner, it successfully performs a scanner test. But when I try to actually SCAN (or do a preview), it can apparently only see the top 1/2 inch of the scanner bed, because that's the only piece i get. Has anyone seen a similar problem? Is it my scanner, or are my SCSI timeouts set wrong, or what? Please help! --owldark/juliet

Can someone help? I need to install ATM Deluxe 4.0, and it says elsewhere on the site that it works under win2K. The question is, which VERSION should work, the NT version or the 95/98 version? I'm assuming the NT version, since I tried installing the 95/98 version and it failed. Has anyone installed ATM Deluxe 4.0 under win2K, and if so, how and which version did you get to install?
