    Saving Settings

Well, the easiest workaround is not to run WindowBlinds Apparently, that particular option can mess up certain skins, so the developers had WB turn it off. If you'd like to force it "always on", you can always try putting a .reg file in your startup with the right settings. Maybe there's a policy setting you can configure. Good luck!

As well, what programs are you running? I know of at least one (WindowBlinds) which itself disables that specific setting when it loads.

    Whistler - Internet Explorer

The problem there is that Internet Explorer doesn't use scrollbars, but rather ActiveX controls that *look* like scrollbars. Various skinning programs have had this problem since IE4, and Whistler isn't any different - yet. Let's see what happens...
  4. That msipcsv.exe file caused me a lot of grief. It came with GetRight as part of it's Aureate adware stuff, and made IE crash so often. Removing the adware part of the program cleared it all up. For some info on this, check out http://grc.com/optout.htm
