I just read Musteks windows2000 FAQ and noticed that they do not plan on ever supporting win2k. I guess it's time to chuck my crappy mustek and get new scanner. Does anybody have any suggestions for a scanner that will work in win2k for the $100 - $200 range? Thanks in advance

Yes, many people are having this problem. If you do a search on Deja.com you will find lots of threads on this. It appears some problem on Maxtor's part. I had to go back to 98(suck). There doesn't appear to be a solution as yet, but you are not alone. If anybody has any ideas, please let us know.
