Since I installed the DELL Sblive drivers (which seem to work just fine now) I don't get ANY sound when playing DVD's with PowerDVD 2.55 (no directsound, no wave-out, and certainly no directsound 3d what I was hoping for) ... anyone got the same problem or a possible solution? Or do I just have to wait for a newer version of Powerdvd?

Indeed trashing those files does the trick, great to have 4 speaker support back

I have exactly the same problem ...BUT I was using the default SBLive BASIC WDM drivers... installed the dell drivers, followed instructions exactly, and I got a "fatal exeption error in EMU10K1F.SYS just before login, and after 2 seconds my machine reboots ... Any1 got an idea?
