My ABIT Bx133-Raid with 2 30GB IBM 75GXP harddrives works flawlessly, However.. i too thought that it took forever to format my huge partition.. I read somewhere that there would be trouble if one would use an above 30Gig partition as a boot partition, i didn't check this out but i made a small (4gig) boot partition with f-disk. Now i'm pleased with at continius data flow of around 55+ MB /sec =) Sincearly Satspy -------------------------------------------- My specs: Abit BX133-Raid Intel coppermine 700e @ 933 at 1,65V with Golden ORB heatsink =) 256MB Original PC133 Cas2 2x 30GB IBM 75GXP harddrives Asus Geforce 256 Deluxe SB Live! I had the same problem.. Fixed it by changing PCI slot for my sound card and made sure it didn't share any thing with any other card.. Sincearly Satspy

I had the same problem.. Try change PCI slot for your SB PCI128 On my Mobo some slots are shared with others. Look in your manual to find a "free" slot.. Good luck! Sincearly Satspy ------------------

Hi! I'm planing on setting up a clean and effective dual system. I would rather have a clean mobo where i can put good products in for the functions that i need, instead of getting some kind of shi**y integrated stuff. Wheter there is u-dma 66 or not, is also irelevant, when i plan to use a raid-66 card for my udma-66 harddrives. I'm intrested in Tyan Tiger series of mobo's but i would very much like your oppininons whether i should go for the Tiger 133 or the Tiger 100 mobo.. Sincearly Satspy ------------------

Under "power options" in the control panel you must select to "Enabel advanced powermanagement support" under the APM tab. //Satspy
