  1. Hi ya, Urgently requesting info about the above subject hardware, their drivers and associated apps/software. I know for the fact that DirectCD (bundled with my HP 9150i CD-Writer) is NOT supported in WinXP, but any info on updates etc. Also SB Live Value. Everything seems fine and have done the update by WinXP "Windows Update" and also SB Live (http://www.soundblaster.com/support/winxp/) but I am assuming the Creative Launcher (thing on top of WIndow) is not supported/working in XP? Also, need advice for Voodoo 3? What's should one do? Go with the drivers created by non-supported people/companies, like those featured on the ntcompatible.com website? If so what's the procedure? Uninstall first, just install on top or what?? Lastly, hibernation blue screens - I am assuming this is a "driver" issue? If so how does one find out or pin-point the cause? Any info or suggestions would be most appreciated!!! Regards, Aaron

    WinTV-pci

Hi ya, I think there seems to be a BIG problem that EVERYONE has experienced when "up[censored]" their Win2k drivers with the WinXP Windows Update WinTV drivers. I suggest (after failing the update myself) to stick with a working version of Win2k Drivers until the new proper Hauppauge drivers and new software arrives :-) Regards, Aaron

    Toca2 in Win2k

Mine has done the same, any one knows who to resolve this. Basically the installation works and runs fine. You run setup and all is well, then running it messes up. It runs, but the screen is like split into about 4-5 sections all garbled, like if you've set the wrong resolution on your monitor (but this isn't the problem!!). Obviously since the intro screen is like this (first sign of any problem!), the rest of the game is like this and you have to quit because you can't seem to work out what on earth you are doing!! Any explanation? Resolutions? Please let me know!! Regards, Aaron
