Is there a version of Direct X available for win 2K or is it directly included in Win 2k? because i cant see it anywhere in my computer and anytime i try to install the latest version 7.0a it sez that it is not compatible with my version of Windows ------------------ God gave me life, the AwP gives me the strength ! Hi STEPHEN Well all i can tell is that I didn't do anyhing for it to work, but the only thing i can tell tou is that i never changed the BIOS of my BH6 since i bought it ! And when i went to see if i could enable hibernate, well it worked so i think this must be the 1.0 mobo ! But I know that a lot of Proc are not working with that version ...thats so crual ! well if you want to chat ( ICQ 27801197 ) ------------------ God gave me life, the AwP gives me the strength ! I installed these drivers over the last ones and it presents no problem ! Are you sure that the installation hangs for real ? Maybe it just takes lot of time ... and first don"t run the registration form -it seems to cos' some probs (well it worked for me)- And last thing i remember is that they dont ask to reboot after the install,so don't worry just reboot manually and it should work fine ! ------------------ God gave me life, the AwP gives me the strength ! huu huuuuuu Did you try to erase your registry ? Damn IT WORKS !! GREAAAAAAT !!! YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CRASH YOUR OS !!!!YAHOOO!! WTF AM I SAYING ??! Hi guys ! Maybe i m The only one that didn't update the bios of the ABIT BH6 MBoard ... But All i can tell is that everything works great (hibernate too) So if there is a way to go back to the first Bios try it ! Oups before trying anything look if your Hardware is compatible with this bios ! Feel sorry for you i did exactly the same ! I first picked the Dell driver's then the 15 Mo Liveware 2k and finaly the large version of LW2k ! But for the latest version i didn't have to reboot as well but everything works great ! Can you give us some more details about your conf. maybe it will help anyone help you ! Hi LaGaf (i suppose you are french as i am) but i'll answer you in english in case of Well it would be interresting to tell what is your free space available on your HD cos' if your physical space is too shrink I think it will cos the lock up ...
