do web cams work in win 2k? i cant find anything on any manufatures pages. im planning on buying but thought i better make sure they will work first

I have tried using the exe , i still get the direct X 6 is not installed do you want to isntall it now message.

how do you over ride the direct X not isntalled message for rouge squadron? i cnat find a registry entry to edit for this one. any help would be greatly apprecitaed!
