    Ok here's what i did. I installed the Hollywood Plus Beta 1 (HPK20BW1.zip) then i installed Creative NT 4.0 (dvdr3wup.exe) but i don't understand the install app? because the application comes with dvdr3wup.exe file that creative labs has, and after i installed both of those files it still doesn't seem to work =\ Ryan

    I had the same problem and i was told DMA only works if you have that drive set on Master.
