I got mine working properly. Try plugging the speakers into the speaker out instead of line out, if you haven't already. The optical out still is too low and makes it hard to record minidiscs. Hope that helps.

Quick question: How the flying f*&C do you get Direct CD to work under Windows 2000. I did a clean install of Easy CD Creator 4 and Direct CD is uninstalled.
