    Pioneer dvd-rom dvd-104 - Win2000 driver

    I read somewhere on this web page that this dvd player works "Works fine provided you have an ASPI layer installed. Otherwise no DVD." Can somebody please explain what this means and how I install an ASPI layer? Thanks, David
