that is a nifty lookin program that should work great the way i was talking about you have to delete the sam file

well right now i am allreay enjoying the benifits of scsi raid and ide raid also haveing disks for specific tasks. i have a 10k for my os scsi raid for my programs ide raid for DV etc. etc. i am just looking to speed up my os drive

there is a way through the recovery console i can't remeber exactly how it is done i think dosfreak knows it involes deleting a certain file which then clears the password

yea that is what i was thinking i have a 10k now but that is only 4.5 gigs and it just barely holds the system files.

i think i need one or 2 of those 15k scsi drives i should talk to my invester after i do a little more on this website i am creating it is a 3d automove aftermarket parts shop that ties over a million products to the site for instant purchase. I am psyched to do a 3d walk thru style site as opposed to the average 2d pages i have been doing.

to me they are both pretty much the same xp has some nice features that i like and it has some crap that i don't like there really isn't much of anything that i can do on xp that i can't do on xp

well all through the betas up until beta 3 it was refered to as advaced server

by advanced server he means enterprise server

the tcpip settings are stored in the registry under this key [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\{47B32ABE-8D29-4C0D-919B-8FF291D4005C}\Parameters\Tcpip] "EnableDHCP"=dword:00000000 "IPAddress"=hex(7):31,00,39,00,32,00,2e,00,31,00,36,00,38,00,2e,00,30,00,2e,00,\ 32,00,00,00,00,00 "SubnetMask"=hex(7):32,00,35,00,35,00,2e,00,32,00,35,00,35,00,2e,00,32,00,35,\ 00,35,00,2e,00,30,00,00,00,00,00 "DefaultGateway"=hex(7):31,00,39,00,32,00,2e,00,31,00,36,00,38,00,2e,00,30,00,\ 2e,00,31,00,00,00,00,00 the random alphanumeric string inbetween services and paramaters will be different on your computer but you should be able to export this key for each config that you want and store them in .reg files then you just merge the .reg file for whatever network you're on hope this helps ps this is only in theory be carful in the reg as it is an easy way to fuck up your system

there are alot of bugs still you will notice them if you use .net with a wide variety of software

i am kinda sick of XP I like .NET alot cause it has all the good stuff from xp and you can turn on what ya need. But if i was to use a non beta it would be 2k all the way. I had 2ksp3 on one of my servers for a couple days and then i installed .net again. I liked good old 2k though it worked just fine.

i just played it and it is not really that interesting to me i liked the better graphics but to me the movement/feel is even worse than the original.

so far i haven't had to use a warantee on a maxtor drive. Although i did have one die on me the otherday i think that one was out of warantee anyhow.
