Thief II works now on my machine........ This is how i did it...installed, with a clean istall, the 5.17 or any other drv upwards.......set desktop too 32-bit and 1024x768.......installed Thief II and then the patch..........then started the game and when the first mission has begun, I saved and then quit.......then I set all tweaks that comes along with the 5.xx drivers and then restarted........it works......Don`t need too changes anything when I want too play it........ w2k pro tnt2 u with 5.30 drv 256 ram PII 450

just wanted too report that SOF has that error with the 5.22, 5.25, 5.30 but the fix works on all of them........... w2k pro TNT2 U 256 ram PII 450

I still get the GLimp_EndFrame()_SwapBuffers_Failed! error, when i try too start SOF. W2kpro. swe tnt2 U PII 450 256 Ram

the game runs fine on my machine, i have installed it(from cd1 and not any from cd2) and then the 333b patch and the d3d2 patch w2k pro swe. tnt2 u with 5.17 drv PII 450 256 in memory

Make a cope if the install.exe and go to prpeerties on the copy and put " -lgntforce" after the exe in target.........and i think you need the sp6a installed or sp5

I can install and play the game but when I use the map key, objects key or use the escape key to save a game. And then return to the game the computer restarts. Does anyonelse have this problem or is there someone that has solved this problem? I have run the patch and it didn`t help. U have a TNT2 Ultra with the 513 drivers.

I solved by uninstall the game and install it again and the patch and by removing all tweaks on the TNT2 ultra card and change the colors to High colors 16 bit

I had the same problem. I did the following; I removed all shockwave and macromedia files and then installed Flash first and then all the other software from Macromedia
