We were using this program at our last job that would audit machines, and send us the report, but only over if they were on the lan, we were working on a version to use with dial up, but I am not sure if that is what you need it for -

THats funny. I saw another one a long time ago, on the site, it was full screen, would show the bios, boot, and even the Computer propersties. I put it on my bosses machine, the same one he told us he would kill everyon one of us if he put Windows 2000 on it. He gets to work and thinks We put win2k on his machine. If anyone knows that link, I would appreciate it.

I have a hard drive rack for just such a purpose. And I am already in the IT field, so getting the jump on my counterparts when testing a new OS is a positive thing.
