Dual 2k drives imaged w/ Ghost 2nd drive won't boot

http://www.slcentral.com/reviews/hardware/controllers/promise/ultra100/ Here's what I mean: Separate device timing per port allows running drives or devices at their highest rated speeds

Dual 2k drives imaged w/ Ghost 2nd drive won't boot

TO set something straight... When You use 2 different speed hard drives or devices on any ATA 66 or 100 or 133 IDE controller .... IT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE SLOWEST SPEED DEVICE...... THey can both function as thier peak speeds. Stop spreading disinformation and read the damn specs.
  9. Ads suck. Its funny with the free software movement and IE being free that people support opera when you gotta pay for it.

ATA 133 Raid and WD 120 GB Drives

DO any of you know, if I were to use 3 ATA 100 Drives, could it be possible to use the extra bandwidth on an ATA 133 controller, of would it peak at 100?

ATA 133 Raid and WD 120 GB Drives

Ok I didnt ask for the PCI specs which I already know whould be the bottleneck. what I asked is if that would max the card out. Whether the card can push data through the pci bus at that rate is irrelevant. Btw the WD can sustain a rate of 49mb/s on its own. I just didn't want to waste money on more then 2

What is better Win2K or WinXP?

XP is the better OS for home and home business. WIndows 2000 is way better for business, at least till hardware can catch up to run XP
