i crashed when i choosed favorites , (when it appeared). i did not do any registry tweaking. but cel333 and 64mb may not be enough. otherwise it is a hw problem. ie5 crashes w98 so often which drives me crazy . but when i do a burnin test . no problem it works for hours. i cant find out the problem.

problem must be because of the hw . i mean it is impossible ,ie5 to crash the whole system. maybe rams , graphic card or something else . but not the ie5 .

i 've using w2k for 2 months and never had a crash . until today. when i was surfing the net with ie5 , computer crashed . no bsod no error message. i just freezed. i had the same problem in w98 so often, that was the reason i am using w2k now. But how could the ie5 locked up all the system.Any experiences? my conf: cel333 ex pcpartner 64mb hyundai ram diamond 550 viper 13 gb quantum lc08 apache 56k hcf fax modem 3.2 gb quatum fireball pioneer36x cdrom aztech pci q3 64 soundcard(disebled, has no drivers) any advice will be helpfull.
