HDD running in Pio in Xp ,, Udma in Win2k ??

oayadin: yes i've changed the dev. manager is set to dma if available but the current state always stays in Pio. In only happens in Xp not in 2k. pr-man: Iam not using a highpoint controller. I'm using intel 440bx controller which supports udma 33 not 66. So i dont really need ultra ata 66 support only ultra ata 33.
  2. My Ibm 75 gxp 45Gb is runnning in Pio in WinXp Pro and i dont know why the hell cause my bios detects it as a udma mode 2, Windows 2000 detects it as a Udma mode 2 and i'm even using an 80 pin ribbon cable. My mother board is an abit bh6 with a bx chipset and it supports only udma 33 mode 2 but windows xp runs it at damn slow pio mode? how can runmy hdd udma on win xp???

Oakley - error in system log

I get this error in the system log The IP Security policy for ISAKMP/Oakley specified an encryption algorithm that is invalid due to export cryptography restrictions. All 3DES encryption used by ISAKMP/Oakley is weakened to standard DES encyption. Generally, this is benign. ISAKMP/Oakley will still be able to negotiate IP security parameters, and protect that negotiation with DES encryption. This should only be of concern if you demand that the ISAKMP/Oakley negotiation be protected with 3DES encryption. If this is the case, please contact your network administrator. I don't know if this will affect me or is this for encrypted networks? How can I enable it?
