I have just tried to install Borland C++ 4.52 and couldnt get it to work. Are there any C/C++ compilers that do work ok (that are ideally old and/free!) with win2k? I know that Borland have a command line version that is free, but I'd rather have a GUI. Thanks for any help

I second that - great stuff.. and its free too. Its very straight forward to use and fast in operation - hell, I'd even pay for it! (sooner give these guys money than the monkeys at symantec..)

Can someone just confirm which Anti Virus packages actually work with Win 2K? I have tried norton but it kept crashing whilst scanning Thank you
