ok these drivers are really giving me a headache. it seems like theres a new version released every day and i dont know which ones suck and which ones are the best. i have 5.13 and i supose i will try them since u said they're good. right now i am running some really old ones. at the time i got win2k these were the only ones i could get to work. i'm going to go install the other ones now. i hope that helps out.

hmmm... i dont know. thats pretty high for hi quality and everything... theres got to be something wrong with mine because i saw some benchmarks of like k6 2 350s and stuff with voodoo2s that were higher than mine... i dont get it...

i have a fic pa2013 mobo w/ 1meg cache, and a via apollo mvp3 chipset. there was an update that i needed under win9x that updated agp, isa, and pci bus, along with usb. but that comes with win2k. as far as bios flashes... i havent checked on that yet...

direct x 7 sucks? y? well the install might be on the win2k cd rom...but it shouldnt even allow dx5 on there since like damien said its not compatible.

yea. to hell with paying for stuff. heh... i agree with tim. 95 is soooo much faster. its too bad it's so unstable. right now i am going to have to stick with 2000 though. its so damn stable its amazing. the only time i have ever restarted is to install drivers or take it to lan parties. i assume they will continue the trend of making each 9x release slower than the last with a few minor fixes, so i will probably stay away from "ME". i definately wont pay for it. thats for sure.

anyone know where i can get unoficial grip drivers for win2k? they were really nice for 4 player mame and i really would like to be able to use them still... or maybe some dos drivers? i dunno. any help would be greatly apreciated...

uh direct x 7 installs with windows 2000.... hehe
