how can i connect my mac to my tcp/ip based W2K-LAN ?

can´t install the demo, always get the message corupt installation file does anybody now some hint´s?

I need some help with the Software-Applet in the System-Controlcenter! I can´t start it when I click on it there is really no way! Is there any file or something, that´s might be missing? This has happened after a complete new installation of Win2k. With exception of this everything works fine!

I installed DirectX8 beta and I have no problems at all. It seems to be a bit faster then DirectX7a.
