I've seen this in various posts - exactly what does it do and where do you get it?

I had to download a video patch to get Tribes 2 working, but I sometimes still get a problem when the video switches around the intro (i.e. intro works fine, but can't see a bl...y thing after this. Not sure if I have latest Civ 3 patch... but when it goes, it goes just fine!

Avantar, I'm having the same troubles... I thought I'd seen the Win 9x compatability mentioned somewhere once before, but how do you activate it?? ;( I'd love to get it fired up and practice Duels against the computer before I drag my real cards out of the cupboard!
