Help, I set out to install windows XP on my moms notebok, which by the way is a DeLL Inspiron P2 333 and with 256 ram. When I start the installation the whole computer hangs when the Windows XP installer is in the install phase... the whole screen just blackout and nothing happens for hours, the same with 2k That really sucks, cause I dont want to install 98 again, I hate that system... So please if you have any idea plz help me

Downloaded the latest BIOS and now it works great, thanks for the suggestion

Oh, im sorry for some wrong info here, it cant be the ram, cause the computer only has 64 I got to of them in this house and one of them got 256, sorry this one got 64...

Is there a way, probably in the register to make the logon picture bigger, you know the litte like 40*40 or what is is, I want it like 100*100 or something, is that possible?

I couldent find anything in the powertoys...

This is not really a problem, but do any one use this, is it good? Cause my disks get real hot like 42C and I need to cool them, and this seems like a good solution....

I have a Creative Savage 4 Card in my computer, I have the latest drivers for W2k but I cant get the card to work with OpenGL and D3d,,,, When I try to like set Half-Life to use OpenGL in w2k, it ses that I dont have any GL drivers suitible for my card etc. Pls. Help me fast...

im using the latest 8.30.23 for W2k... but i dont work any way... hate it.. nned it to work because I like w2k better then win98...
