    I got mine to work using the instructions on www.ntcompatible.com just fine. Athlon 750, GeForce II, W2K.

    I have an Athlon 750 on a K7M MB. I have been struggling with W2K lockups for a few months with both a Voodoo3 2000 and a GeForce 2 card. I think that I have it solved. Try loading the updated AGP filter drivers.
