I went to Microsoft Training so I got a free windows ME. Thats how I got win2k too... I tried out Win ME and All it seems to be is windows 98 3rd edition. I still get the BSOD quite often. It does play games a little better, and theres more driver support since you can just use 98 drivers. But if you want different performance or are looking for some kind of gain other than a cute GUI.... Stay with win 98 if you are running that. I think most of the matrox cards work. you can get a G series for really freaking cheap. I recommend the Diamnod Viper V330. Good video card. I have a couple questions on the core of my fcpga Celemine 600...(at 900+ for a week now) The flip chip design I have heard cannot be lapped.... is this true? and I have the golden orb cooler....is it important for the heatsink to be touching anything else besides the core itself? -Super

The Cache on the Celemine is 128k, the other 128 is obviously disabled, or it would be way close to a p3... is there any way to enable that? I know it's on the chip just disabled. There HAS to be a way..

SOOOO I am getting the neo-s370 www.powerleap.com . I also have been doing some research and have found that not all fcpga are smp compatible. Is there any way of being conclusive of the stepping on the Celerons as to which are smp compatible? As much as I'd love to just get an msi board, and two p3's, I'm a 3d animation student and cannot afford that. I too have a visioneer, they wont release drivers for win2k till July 1st. ANd Im $hit out of luck, cuz they arent even writing drivers for anything before the 7600. Damnit, pricks. SO I ahve to buy a new scanner. As#holes ------------------ System Specs: Kicks the crap out of yours.

Hey guys.... I am trying to install an older visioneer one touch paperport scanner. When I try and install any drivers which I assume have no win2k support anyways it gives me a dll error, the dll thats missing is: LTKRN60N.DLL what the heck is that? anyone know? -SuperG
