I'm using Windows 2000 Pro. I cannot install any software which is packaged with InstallShield. A error message will pop up when initialization reaches 100%. Anyone can help me? THX!!!

Every program which installer is installshield. Detail Description: When the installshield initalization reaches 100%. The error "xxxxxxxx has caused an error, and will be closed by Windows. A log file will be created" will be poped up and the setup will be holded. Any idea? I had searched MS knowledge base and can't find the solution. ; (
