    Sonic Fury + 5.1 setup

Hi all, I just got a Nicole 5.1 Surround Sound System (SD1500) and I am having a ***** of a time setting it up properly on my Video Logic SonicFury sound card. When I hook up the leads to the sound card, I get sound out of the sub and the front/rear speakers but not the center speaker. I have the correct leads in the correct inputs in on the sound card, set the card to 6 speaker setup (5.1) in the Sound Fury options then load up either powerdvd or Hollywood+ software and kick on a 5.1 track, and wham - no sound out of center speaker. I called Nicole and they told me to set the Control Panel -> Sound and Video properties to 5.1 setup, so I did but then I get no sound at all. Any suggestions? Also, is there any software out there that I can run to test the speakers? Kinda like Creative's speaker test where it goes "front left, front right, rear left, rear right" so you know your speakers are working. --James

    Sonic Fury Drivers

Just an update.. I called Video Logic and they said that the Win2K drivers work on WinXP rc2. Weired as they don't seem to work on the 2600 build Anyway, I asked them if I could use the Turtle Beach Santa Cruz drivers, and he said that I can. So tonight, I will give their WinXP beta drivers a go --James

    Sonic Fury Drivers

Hi ya, Has anyone managed to get their Sonic Fury to work in WindowsXP? I tried installing the Win2K drivers, but all I get is a nasty shrill when music is played. Anyone know of any drivers I can use? --James
